What you’ll be doing

You’ll work on projects where identity is embedded directly into applications. Together with colleagues and customer teams, you’ll:

Design and implement Auth0-based authentication and authorisation flows
Configure tenants, applications, APIs, connections and rules/actions
Work with OAuth2, OIDC, JWTs, scopes and claims in real-world scenarios
Support secure CIAM, B2C and B2B identity use cases
Integrate Auth0 with modern stacks (frontend frameworks, backend APIs, cloud services)
Advise customers on secure identity patterns and best practices

This is not classic IAM administration — it’s identity engineering at application level.

Are you our brand new Auth0 Engineer?

This role is ideal if you’re drawn to application-level identity and enjoy working close to developers and product teams.

🦄 Strong graduate with a developer mindset

You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT (or equivalent).
You’re comfortable with code, APIs and modern application architectures.
You’re curious about authentication flows, tokens and identity standards — even if you haven’t mastered them yet.

🚀 Early-career engineer with relevant experience

You have 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, identity, security or cloud-native environments.
You’ve worked with or around Auth0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWTs or API security.
You enjoy collaborating with developers and understand how identity fits into real applications.

More important than your background: you want to grow into a specialist in modern, developer-centric identity security.
