Alongside Identity Security, we’re growing strongly in Cloud Security & CNAPP with Wiz as a strategic partner. But for this role, the focus is crystal clear: modern IGA on SailPoint ISC — not legacy platforms.

We work hybrid, but believe strongly in collaborating closely, sharing knowledge and challenging each other. You bring experience — and you’ll still learn from us, just as we’ll learn from you.

That’s why we’re looking for an experienced IGA Architect to strengthen our SailPoint practice.

Who we’re looking for

This role is for a senior IGA professional who wants to work at architecture level, not just implementation detail.

You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration
You have deep experience with SailPoint, and are motivated to work exclusively with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
You understand IGA beyond tooling: governance models, access risk, lifecycle design, SoD, controls and compliance
You are comfortable translating business requirements into scalable IGA architectures

This is not an IdentityIQ role. We deliberately focus on SailPoint ISC and cloud-native IGA.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic mindset, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You bring:

5+ years of experience in IT Security or IAM/IGA
Strong grip on IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, federation, and more
Hands-on experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD/EntraID, SailPoint, etc.
A solid architecture mindset – patterns, integration strategies, roadmap thinking
Familiarity with standards: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP
Strong communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a big plus
Bonus: Background in consulting or pre-sales

As an IGA Architect, you’ll take a leading role in complex SailPoint ISC engagements:

Designing end-to-end IGA architectures on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
Defining identity lifecycle models for employees, contractors and non-employees
Designing role models, access profiles and governance structures
Advising customers on IGA strategy, roadmap and maturity
Supporting complex integrations (HR systems, directories, target systems)
Acting as a technical and functional reference for engineers and customers
Ensuring solutions are scalable, auditable and future-proof

You’ll combine hands-on architectural work with customer-facing advisory responsibilities.
