Identity Security Architect

We’re looking for a medior or senior Architect to join our Identity Security practice. You’ll work closely with our Lead Architects and CTO, supporting critical solution designs and client delivery as we scale our practice.

Your mission

Our experienced team will happily adopt you in their midst during brainstorming & design sessions – whether it is at the coffee machine, a meeting room, the customer’s offices or one of our favorite lunch locations. Warning: our drive is addictive!

We believe in flexibility – with structure. You’ll spend two days a week at our HQ in Kontich, collaborating face-to-face with your colleagues, and the other three days can be remote—wherever you work best.

Together we’ll shape client architectures, lead workshops, review complex requirements, and define security blueprints.

As a IAM Architect, you will:

  • Design secure identity architectures tailored to client environments.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
  • Work with modern identity platforms (e.g. Okta, Auth0, SailPoint).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Supporting our managed service ambitions and SaaS delivery model
  • Helping define technical reference architectures and reusable components
  • Stay up to date with industry tends and emerging technologies in the IAM space.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with a strategic mindset, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Security or IAM/IGA
  • Strong grip on IAM principles: authentication, authorization, provisioning, federation, and more
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD/EntraID, SailPoint, etc.
  • A solid architecture mindset – patterns, integration strategies, roadmap thinking
  • Familiarity with standards: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a big plus
  • Bonus: Background in consulting or pre-sales
